  Free Wifi connection was perfect. Room was big and clean. Hotel stuff was very friendly.

  If you like heavy breakfast, there's not too much to choose from. Some bread, cheese, apples and eggs.

  Helpful and friendly staff, good location

  Two houses next to the hotel are being demolished and probably rebuilt, so we got a not too gentle wake-up call at 7.30. Our bathroom was old and a bit mouldy.

  Actually the hotel offer a appartment at only 100meters away fomr the hotel instead of the hotel room, and it was very comfy and nice, and all people who work there were so nice.

  The door in our room was affected by the neigbourhood's doors (if the other doors were open or close, our door was making noise , I.e it seemed somebody knocked on the door. It's a bit annoying.

  Very basic hotel located near the central station. Very noisy place (Airplanes, cars, bus,...). No airco and equipment is very basic. Needs a serious refresh...

  On a main road (opposite train station) therefore very noisy day and night - so much so that it was necessary to keep the windows closed at all times. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

  The room I stayed in was probably recently renovated and was clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Hotel is right next to the railway station, so good for both city and international transportation.

  Bathroom of the room was not renovated and while it was clean, it looked a bit aged. There are lot of street noise reaching even up to fifth floor.

  Breakfast, friendly staff, 20min walk from the hotel to the centre. We were getting to know the city so walk was not a problem, the city is small.

  It is centered at the central station of the city, from where you have access to all public transports (buses, taxi) going to anywhere in the city. The breakfast had many options to choose, big quantity and good taste.

  I have booked a standard-type room. The toilet was poorly cleaned and it also had a bad smell. I asked at the reception to clean it and they said that at that time of my arrival (13.00h) there was no one there to clean it and that "...it is only a 3-star hotel!". However, they did not clean it even at the next day. Also the bathroom was small. Furthermore, when tried to pay with a visa card there was a problem with their machine and the reception could not make the transaction. The thing that was annoying and insulting is that the woman in reception tried 3 times to make the transaction and then she showed little cooperation efforts to find what the problem was and kept only saying that there was a problem with my card and was not willing to solve the issue. Not only she did not accept that it was their machine that was not working but she did not even apologised for that and I had to go to a bank to withdraw and pay by cash. In conclusion, the reception staff was a little bit impolite.
